How to order products from your company?
Order Procedure
*Selection of products and specify the dimensions.
*Estimation and quotation on products, shipping and insurance cost.
*Confirmation about the order information (quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms etc.).
*Down payment to be sent or L/C to be set up. Fax bank statement as confirmation.
*Production by our factory. Inspection of the finished products.
*Packing, transport, make shipment to your nearest port or your final address.
Do you accept retail orders? What is the minimum quantity you require?
Yes, we do accept retail orders. We do both wholesaling and retailing. Normally, our MOQ is one 20' full container, with mixed products such as tiles, slabs, cut-to-size, etc. Meanwhile we also handle LCL container (less than a container load).
Do you make customized designs?
Yes. We do products as per client requirement, just give us the diagrams and designs.
Can you send us samples before ordering?
Yes, just specify your requirement. We usually supply 100*100*10mm. Normally our stone samples are all free of charge. But we will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partners. Therefore, sometimes you're requested to provide a courier service account number.
Can you offer us any information of shipping cost or ship your products to us?
Yes, please let us know your port and contacting details.
What is your port of loading?
Xiamen Port is the main port we export.
How could I get to know how much stone I could load per 20' container?
At Xiamen port in China, the maximum gross weight for one 20' container is 27 tons. But how much stone you could load per 20' container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter, and granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates.
For USA the quantity per 20' container load is as follows:
3/8" thickness: 6459 sq.ft.
3/4" thickness: 3229 sq.ft.
1 1/4" thickness: 2153 sq.ft.
1 1/2" thickness: 1615 sq.ft.
2" thickness: 1292 sq.ft.
For most of the European countries and Middle East, the quantity per 20' container load is as follows:
1cm: 935 M2
1.2cm: 772 M2
1.5cm: 617 M2
2cm: 463 M2
2.5cm: 370 M2
3cm: 309 M2
4cm: 231 M2
5cm: 185 M2
How long can my order be shipped once my order is confirmed?
1) Normally 7-15days for less 10x20GP
2) Normal Voyage time: different from port to port
To west European basic ports: 27 days
To western coast of America: 15 days
To eastern coast of America: 28-35 days

How do you guarantee the quality of my order?

2) Before packaging, it is a must procedure to inspect the quality.
3) We always welcome yourself to come to our factory to inspect your own order.
Are you sure the packages are strong enough for long distance transportation? If damages happen during transportation, what can you do?
Yes, we use strong wooden crates for outside packing. Inside, we use foam sheets.
If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
What is your payment terms?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight(Letter of Credit).
